The most common response? The results. With over 20 years of experience as an accredited scientist and educator, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Many have shared they look and feel better than they have in years after completing a coaching program with me.

Helping people develop positive energy and the mindset required to know things will work out, to dream bigger and better, and think positively ‘on the spot’ are some of my coaching superpowers. Many of us reach midlife feeling tired and “off”. Health coaching can help— because feeling well and being well go hand in hand. I help clients with a wide range of challenges and life changes, and in this program we map your priorities, pinpoint what is working, and create a plan to find and feel positivity in the areas where you may be struggling.

The program includes a thorough intake process, a personalized coaching roadmap, curated resources, and other elements sent to you as needed.
This Positive Living series is booked in advance and a limited number of spots are available quarterly. Whether you are approaching life changes or seeking to improve your overall well-being, I’ll work with you to set realistic intentions and start building a practical process to meet your specific needs.
