I’m a scientist, senior business professional, and wellness coach helping clients achieve glowing skin + health.
With a background in biology, esthetics, and health management, I take a multi-faceted approach to client wellness that is focused on skin science and holistic health, including lifestyle and environmental factors.
I’m also pleased to provide consulting for medical, spa, and wellness organizations. Where appropriate, I work with your healthcare team to assist in managing complex, chronic conditions.
Life in Layers
I began my career as a biologist over 20 years ago by studying the links between human health and the environment— a passion that fuels me to this day.
My quest for knowledge led me to further my education in nursing and eventually in skin health. These experiences deepened my understanding of the components involved in building and sustaining overall wellness.
BECOMING THE SKIN HEALTH COACH™
Through years spent working as an accredited scientist, I have researched evidence-based actions to successfully navigate specific situations, including acne, aging, fatigue, hair health and more.
I like to say that the coaching path found me. Oftentimes I would be doing a business presentation and I’d get stopped afterwards by clients saying “Your skin looks great, what do you do?” This grew into regular requests for my advice and insight, and eventually I decided to take the plunge into starting a coaching business.
